Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED and 20+ years or AS/AA and 18+ years or BS/BA and 12+ years or MS/MA/MBA and 9+ years or PhD/Doctorate and 7+ years with at least twelve (12) years of experience in All-Source Intel Analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic intelligence and analysis.
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with external law enforcement and intelligence community partners.
• Experience producing finished all-source analytical intelligence products according to IC standards and identifying essential topics for national intelligence briefings.
• Proficiency in using IC analytic systems and tools, including classified message databases and software like Office 365 applications.
• Highly organized and process-driven, with strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various levels.
• Expertise in Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, Collection Management, and strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis on critical topics related to homeland security such as border security and counterterrorism.
• Perform research and analysis, providing recommendations to operational and support elements as well as external agencies to enhance cooperation and information sharing.
• Develop finished analytic products, assessments, and presentations on current threats and trends based on diverse classified and unclassified information sources.
• Identify gaps in available intelligence and collaborate with collection managers to address intelligence requirements through appropriate strategies.
• Utilize IC analytic methodologies, tradecraft, and specific expertise to prepare assessments for varied stakeholders, from senior officials to local agencies and private sector clients.
• Work collaboratively with analysts across the intelligence community, law enforcement, and other organizations on joint products and information-sharing initiatives.
