Job Summary
An ambitious, highly organized professional who will train to learn the recruitment business from the ground up. This role works closely with the CEO to drive growth, sales, and company operations while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, business development, and strategic decision-making. The role is designed as a hands-on development path into a senior operations, sales, or recruiting leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development in Recruiting:

  • Absorb end-to-end recruiting processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and client management.
  • Shadow senior recruiters to understand market dynamics, candidate evaluation, and placement strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions on recruiting tech (ATS/CRM), compliance, and staffing industry best practices.
  • Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and talent mapping to support recruiters.

CEO Collaboration & Administrative Support:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping manage priorities, calendars, and communications.
  • Prepare briefs, decks, and executive summaries for leadership meetings and investor updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution across departments.

Sales & Business Development Support:

  • Support the sales pipeline by assisting with lead qualification, proposal preparation, and client communications.
  • Help craft compelling value propositions and marketing materials for staffing services.
  • Participate in client calls and presentations as needed to observe and learn consultative selling.

Growth & Operations:

  • Assist in developing and implementing growth initiatives (new markets, service lines, partnerships).
  • Help optimize internal processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports for leadership.

Data, Compliance, and Process Improvement:

  • Learn data governance within recruiting and business operations; maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and internal policies.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and support change management initiatives.

Mentorship & Career Development:

  • Engage in a structured development plan with milestones for acquiring recruiting, sales, and operations skills.
  • Seek feedback from leadership and peers; apply learnings to daily tasks and projects.
  • Pursue internal opportunities for advancement into senior roles in recruiting, sales, or operations.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in administrative, sales support, customer service, or entry-level recruiting-related roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and data analytics tools; quick to learn new software.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and confident presentation skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize information, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Organization: Superior time management, prioritization, and multi-project coordination.
  • Ambition & Adaptability: Eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to recruiting, staffing, HR operations, or business development.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and CRM usage.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and analytics dashboards.
