We are seeking an experienced Creative Designer – Collectibles Division to deliver innovative creative solutions for collectible cards and packaging. Working directly with the commercial team and customers, this role is responsible for crafting unique, high-quality designs that align with customer needs and production requirements. The position collaborates with a global team of project managers, engineers, R&D specialists, and production experts. The position aims to drive creativity, maintain project timelines, and support multiple Cartamundi divisions, including Collectibles, Entertainment, and Group projects.

What you’ll do as a Creative Designer – Collectibles Division:

• Work with creative team to develop original, manufacturable concepts for print production
• Create engaging presentations for internal teams and external clients to communicate creative solutions effectively
• Prepare high-quality digital assets for proofing & sampling, ensuring all designs meet brand and technical specifications
• Coordinate the creation of physical samples when necessary for production reviews and approvals
• Maintain detailed records of project deliverables, timelines, and revisions.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with customer development schedules and production requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential challenges in the production pipeline
• Partner with multiple divisions, including Collectibles, Entertainment, and Group projects, to ensure consistency in creative standards.
• Act as a liaison between the creative team and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business and customer objectives.
• Provide input and creative insights during product innovation discussions and strategic planning sessions.
• Partner with multiple sites within collectibles to design and deliver creative packaging solutions, with the goal of being manufacturable in the same way at all sites.
• Liase with Solutions divisions CAD colleagues to ensure alignment
• Keep records, data, and version control documents as well as maintain the database of CAD production approvals
• On-time delivery of creative assets and physical samples
• Customer satisfaction with creative outputs
• Quality of designs, including innovation, uniqueness, and adherence to technical specifications
• Effective collaboration and contribution to cross-functional teams

We’re looking for a Creative Designer – Collectibles Division with:

• 3-5 years in a similar role preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Moderate – Expert level in Adobe creative suite
• Must be fluent with MS office suite
• CAD software & creation experience a plus
• Working seamlessly within a collaborative team environment

• Work effectively with other team members, through use of verbal and written communication, including typing, through use of fingers on a keyboard.

• This Creative Designer – Collectibles Division position is located in Renton, WA.
