Role: Data Analyst with HealthCare Exp

Location: Remote

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis
Hands-on experience with:
SQL
Python
R
Excel
SPSS / SAS


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in data interpretation, reporting, and visualization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
Proven experience in data analysis or a similar role


Additional Requirements
Strong experience in report writing and presenting insights
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of industry and business operations
Experience in US healthcare is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Data Quality & Integrity
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the data lifecycle
Cleanse data and review system-generated reports to identify and resolve data and coding issues


Data Collection & Management
Collect data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and third-party systems
Maintain and manage databases and data systems to support ongoing operations


Reporting & Analytics
Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting processes to deliver timely and accurate insights
Design dashboards, reports, charts, and visualizations to support business stakeholders
Identify opportunities for improving data and reporting processes


Advanced Data Analysis
Perform complex data analysis using advanced statistical methods
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large and complex datasets
Translate analytical findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations


Automation & Data Scraping
Design and develop automated scripts and tools for data extraction and scraping
Improve data availability and operational efficiency through automation


Database Maintenance
Manage, update, and secure databases to ensure optimal performance and availability
Support data storage, retrieval, and system performance requirements


Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business leaders to align data initiatives with organizational priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize analysis needs
Present insights and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
