Marketing Assistant

Position – Marketing Assistant
Job Location – Eau Claire, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temporary (anticipated through June 2026)
Employment Type – Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
Work Hours (Shift) – Flexible schedule between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday (On-Site Only)
Starting Pay – $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
Benefits – Casual Dress Code, Flexible Scheduling
Required Education – None specified
Required Experience – Shopify experience required; strong office and administrative skills required
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support website management and marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on maintaining and editing content within Shopify. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities:
Edit and update website content using Shopify
Assist with product uploads, descriptions, and page formatting
Ensure accuracy of pricing, product details, and promotional content
Support marketing projects and digital initiatives as assigned
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Assist with general administrative and office-related tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required experience working within Shopify (editing and maintaining website content)
Above-average office and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time schedule
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong written communication skills
Professional, reliable, and organized
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
On-site position (not remote or hybrid)
Professional office environment with casual dress code
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and digital tools
