Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite/week)

LaSalle Network is hiring a Power BI Developer to step into a highly visible analytics role supporting a dynamic security organization. This Power BI Developer will partner directly with leadership to transform raw, unstructured data into clean, compelling dashboards that drive smarter decisions.

This is not a back-end role. We’re looking for a polished, front-facing Power BI Developer who can translate complex data into meaningful business insights for stakeholders across the CISO organization.

What’s the job?

Redesign and enhance existing Power BI Developer dashboards for clarity and usability
Partner with business stakeholders to define key security metrics
Translate large datasets into actionable visual insights
Audit current reporting and identify gaps in data storytelling
Support leadership with tailored, audience-specific reporting
Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams

What’s needed?

5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst
Advanced Power BI dashboarding and visualization skills
Strong Excel expertise
Proven ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders
Nice to have: Security or compliance data experience, ServiceNow
