Salary: $114,000 - 136,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in network engineering and solution design, primarily on enterprise-level networking solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Cisco SDA technology, including Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco Catalyst switches, and Cisco Wireless LAN controllers.
• Comprehensive understanding of Software-Defined Networking (SDN), network automation, and security measures.
• Proficient in network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, LISP, MPLS, VXLAN, and EVPN.
• Experience in network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and policy-driven networking.
• Familiarity with Cisco SDA, Cisco Meraki, VMware NSX, or similar SD-WAN and SDN technologies.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) with specialization in enterprise networks or network design, preferably centered on SDA. Additional certifications in Cisco DNA Center, SD-WAN, or SD-Access are advantageous.
• Understanding of cloud-based networking (e.g., AWS, Azure) along with hybrid networking solutions and automation tools like Ansible, Python, or Terraform for management and orchestration.
• Knowledge of cloud-native networking and its integration within hybrid cloud frameworks.

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of resilient, scalable, and secure network solutions based on Cisco SDA and other SDN infrastructures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to operate, refine, and enhance policy-driven automation and network segmentation.
• Offer strategic insights on network transformation initiatives, including SDA adoption, automation, and security architecture.
• Examine network traffic and performance metrics, making proactive alterations to enhance system stability and reliability.
• Ensure that network implementations conform to design specifications, industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as a point of escalation for operational teams, leveraging strong troubleshooting skills to resolve incidents promptly.
• Deliver operational support for Major service outages, specifically focusing on Priority 1 incidents as a network subject matter expert.
• Provide consistent status updates, project reports, and network health summaries to management.
• Mentor and nurture junior network engineers and administrators to foster skill development.
• Remain informed about the latest trends and technologies in networking, particularly those associated with SD-WAN, SDA, SDN, and automation.
